Manage Clients

The Manage Clients pages allow you to edit all details for your client properties.

You can also add new clients and export client data in a CSV format.

Manage Clients initial options

The main interface for the Manage Clients page allows you to add new, export all and manage existing clients.

Clients are displayed in a sortable table, the headers are clickable allowing you to re-arrange the table by reference, price, location and bedrooms.

Each client then has their own set of links for you to choose from.

Account options

For each client you can view matches, view details, edit details and remove property.

Each option links to the relevant page. (See Matching Properties for details on how to view your matches.)

Adding a client

The add client form asks for the two sets of details we need - what your client is selling and what your client is looking to buy.

What your client is selling

The selling part of the form asks you for information regarding your client's property. Two important features here are the ability to add a link to the property on your own website and to be able to upload an image of the property, which can be uplodaded from file or can be chosen from the website address you add for the property.

What they're looking to buy

The second part of the form takes the details of what your client is looking to buy.

The location is linked to our post-code look-up table, which ensures the correct town is entered and allows our matching code to work correctly.

We also take the price details and number of bedrooms. Remember our matches will never return below the minimum number of bedrooms stated!
