The real power of the system comes into force once you're logged into your account.
You'll notice the navigation for the site changes, allowing you to view matches, do a quick search, manage your clients and manage your account.
The navigation options at the top allow you to manage all apsects of your account, from client property information and matches to your own agency details.
The landing page defaults to Your matches and displays results for all clients (who have matches) matching with all Estate Agents and House Builders.
You can use the two drop down lists to filter your results for a specific client or for a specific Estate Agent or Housebuilder.
Any matches you have are displayed in the accordian on the Your Matches page. You can click a particular client to see their matches. (Remember you can filter which matches are shown here using the client and Agent drop down lists.)
When expanded you will have options to manage your particular client or choose from a list of matching properties. The price, location and number of beds icons will indicate exact matches and near matches.
You can click on a match to view further details.
The Match Details page gives you all of the information regarding this particular match.
Confirmation of what each party is buying and selling is given, and where available an image of the property is displayed.
On the match details page you can also view an iframe containing the website of the matched property.
This is the website of the selling Estate Agent and is loaded into a frame on this page. It enables you to read much more detail about the property, but it is an external site and as such we are not responsible for the data it contains.
The Quick Search can be particularly useful for you to check against prospective clients. Simply add their details and the system will bring back any matches it can find.
Quick Search doesnot store any data on our system and does not inform the matching Agent of the potential match.
It is a quick and easy way for you to demonstrate that matches for a prospective client do exist on the system.
We display the quick search results in a different format.
Importantly we do not reveal the logo of matching Estate Agents, we'll only show your own logo on this screen and a neutral Property-Matchmaker image for other matching properties. This allows you to use the quick search in full view of prospective clients.
