Public Quick Search

The public search is a useful tool for Estate Agents in two ways. Firstly it gives a public user an indication that properties matching their criteria exist in our system. Secondly and importantly they are not given full details of the property, rather they are given the details of the selling Estate Agent, helping to increase your enquiries and new potential customers.

For House Builders it tells users that a new home is available on a part exchange deal or a company assisted moving scheme.

Fill in the public search form

Users enter their information on the public search form. This includes details of the property they are selling and criteria for what they would like to buy. A post-code look-up helps to clarify the town which they would like to buy in. A radius can be set to search for properties within a set distance of the chosen location.

A price minimum and maximum can be declared with results returning matches up to 25% greater than the maximum price. This allows for properties where negotiations could be carried out to also be matched.

View your search results

Search results on the public search show users that properties exist on our system which match their selling and buying criteria. Importantly we do not reveal all of the property details, rather we point users directly to the selling Estate Agent.

A public user will get an indication of how they match on price, location and number of beds. They will also see the logo of the matching Estate Agent and be presented with links to view the Agent's details or contact the Agent direct.

View agent details

The view Agent details page presents the subscribing Estate Agent or House Builder contact information. Name, address, contact details and a web link are possible here.

Contacting the agent

The site allows for a public user to contact you directly using the contact Agent form.
